Warranty

All watches that we service carry a one year warranty on work performed. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are not covered under warranty. We use Genuine Rolex™, Tag and Omega replacement parts. One exception would be on vintage watches where original parts are no longer available. Warranty void if watch is misused, abused or opened by someone other than us – water damage.

I have a problem with my watch. How can I ship my watch to you?

Prior to shipping us your watch, it is important that we have communicated by phone or by email regarding the type of service(s) and we are aware that you will be sending us your watch. Please fill out & send us the estimate form and we will contact you shortly.

Please follow the instructions below to assure safe, timely and accountable shipping of your timepiece watch:

  • Print, fill out, and include the Form with specific information about the problem with your watch, such as crystal watch repair, watch battery replacement, etc.
  • Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials (for protection against shock) in a sturdy box sealed with tape. For security, please do not use the gift box your watch came in as it may be damaged in shipping or in handling.
  • The U.S. Postal Service is one of the safest and most economical ways for you to ship your watch. You may also ship your watch for repair using UPS, FED EX or any shipping service you wish.
  • Please make sure to properly insure your watch. Insurance with USPS is very reasonable. Unless otherwise requested your watch will be shipped back to you insured through the USPS free of charge. We will call and email you to confirm that we have received your watch within 24 hours.
